Arabian Grape Juice


INGREDIENTS:

  • Black grapes - 1 cup
  • Sugar - ¼ cup sugar
  • Water - 2 ½ cup

METHOD:

    1. Boil black seeded grapes in water along with required sugar, and water.
    2.  When it boils nicely you can see the grapes separating from the seed and skin.
    3.  Then switch off the flame and let it cool.
    4.  Once cooled, the seed and skin would settle below.

 For a perfect Arabian pulpy juice:

    • You could pour the same and serve. Make sure that the seeds and skin are removed.

Arabian grape juice:

    •  You could also grind the same and strain it and serve as Arabian grape juice.

 TIPS:



  • Here the grapes are boiled to avoid the itching sensation in the lips when raw grapes are used.
