INGREDIENTS:
- Black grapes - 1 cup
- Sugar - ¼ cup sugar
- Water - 2 ½ cup
METHOD:
- Boil black seeded grapes in water along with required sugar, and water.
- When it boils nicely you can see the grapes separating from the seed and skin.
- Then switch off the flame and let it cool.
- Once cooled, the seed and skin would settle below.
For a perfect Arabian pulpy juice:
- You could pour the same and serve. Make sure that the seeds and skin are removed.
Arabian grape juice:
- You could also grind the same and strain it and serve as Arabian grape juice.
TIPS:
- Here the grapes are boiled to avoid the itching sensation in the lips when raw grapes are used.
