INGREDIENTS:
FOR BURGER PATTIES:
- Chicken - 450 g
- Onion - 1 small (chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Green chilly - 2 -3 numbers
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
- Salt
- lemon juice - ¼ tsp
- Soya sauce - ¼ tsp
- Crushed dry red chilies - ½ tsp
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
- Egg - 1
FOR COATING THE PATTIES:
- Breadcrumbs
- maida
- Beaten egg
TO STACK:
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- Tomato ketchup
- Burger Bun
METHOD:
FOR PREPARING CHICKEN PATTIES:
- In a food processor or blender, add chicken and grind well.
- To that blender, add onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilly, coriander leaves, pepper powder,garam masala, soya sauce, egg, salt, crushed dry red chilies, bread crumbs, and lemon juice. Grind well.
- Transfer it to a bowl.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Grease your hands with oil.
- Divide and shape the chicken mixture into equal patties ie, into flat, oval-shaped patties.
- Dip patties in maida( to avoid sticking), then in beaten egg, and in breadcrumbs.
- In a pan, heat oil.
- Cook it in medium flame till it turns brown in color.
TO STACK YOUR BURGER:
- Stack mayonnaise, lettuce, chicken patties, and ketchup on top of the bottom bun.
- Now close it with the top bun.
TIPS:
- You can stack with veggies of your choice.
- You can also use a cheese slice.
