Paneer Tikka

INGREDIENTS:

MARINATE:

    • Paneer - 250 g
    • Garlic - 1 ½ tsp
    • Ginger - 1 tsp
    • Green chili paste -1 tsp
    • Soya sauce - 1 tsp 
    • Salt 
    • Turmeric powder - ½  tsp
    • Chilli powder - 1-2 tsp
    • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    • Pepper - 1 tsp
    • Hung Yogurt - ½ cup 

GARNISH:

    • Capsicum
    • Onion


METHOD:

    1. Marinate paneer using the ingredients mentioned under " marination" and keep aside for at least 5 - 6 hours.
    2. For garnishing, you can marinate onion and capsicum in the same mixture.

IN AIRFRYER:

    1. Spread some oil on the base.
    2. At 180 degrees bake marinated paneer for 4-5 minutes.
    3. Flip the paneer and at this point add the onion and capsicum. Bake for 4-5 minutes. 

IN TAWA:

    1. In a Tawa, add some oil. Toast it for about 3-4 minutes. Flip and toast on another side also.
