INGREDIENTS:
MARINATE:
- Paneer - 250 g
- Garlic - 1 ½ tsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- Green chili paste -1 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli powder - 1-2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Hung Yogurt - ½ cup
GARNISH:
- Capsicum
- Onion
METHOD:
- Marinate paneer using the ingredients mentioned under " marination" and keep aside for at least 5 - 6 hours.
- For garnishing, you can marinate onion and capsicum in the same mixture.
IN AIRFRYER:
- Spread some oil on the base.
- At 180 degrees bake marinated paneer for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the paneer and at this point add the onion and capsicum. Bake for 4-5 minutes.
IN TAWA:
- In a Tawa, add some oil. Toast it for about 3-4 minutes. Flip and toast on another side also.
