Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS:

    • Butter - 3 tbsp
    • Garlic - 2 cloves (grated)
    • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
    • Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
    • Oregano 
    • Salt 
    • Bread - 6
    • Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup

METHOD:

    1. In a bowl, add butter, garlic, chilli flakes, oreganocoriander leaves, and salt. Combine well. Garlic butter is ready!
    2. Take a bread slice and spread the garlic butter on one side.
    3. Take another slice of bread and place mozzarella cheese over it.
    4. Cover it with the buttered bread.
    5. Heat a Tawa. Now, let's toast the bread.
    6. keep the bread in such a way that the side where we have applied garlic butter is on the Tawa.
    7. Now, Spread garlic butter on top.
    8. Cook it for a minute and flip it to the other side
    9. Press gently to melt the cheese inside.
    10. Toast for a minute. Nicely golden, take out.
    11. Cut into strips and serve!

TIPS:

    • If using salted butter then you may skip adding salt.
