- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Carrot - 2

- Capsicum - ½
- Beans - 10 - 12 numbers
- Salt
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves
FOR MACARONI:
- Wheat Macaroni - 2 cup
- Water
- Oil
- Salt
METHOD:
FOR COOKING MACARONI:
- In a pressure cooker, boil water. Add macaroni, a few drops of oil, and salt.
- Cook for about 1 whistle or until macaroni is cooked.
- Once the macaroni is cooked, drain it from the hot water and run it under normal water immediately.
- Drain the water and drizzle a bit of oil to prevent it from sticking to each other. Keep the macaroni aside.
FOR MASALA:
- In a pan, heat oil.
- Add onion,ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Saute well.
- Now add all the veggies.
- Once cooked. Add salt,garam masala, and pepper powder.
- Now, add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
- Garnish with some coriander leaves. Serve hot!
