Healthy Veggie Macaroni



INGREDIENTS

MASALA:

  • Oil
  • Onion - 2
  • Green chili - 5 
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Carrot - 2
  • Tomato - 1
  • Capsicum ½ 
  • Beans - 10 - 12 numbers
  • Salt 
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves

FOR MACARONI:
  • Wheat Macaroni - 2 cup
  • Water 
  • Oil 
  • Salt

METHOD:

FOR COOKING MACARONI:

    1. In a pressure cooker, boil water. Add macaroni, a few drops of oil, and salt.
    2. Cook for about 1 whistle or until macaroni is cooked.
    3. Once the macaroni is cooked, drain it from the hot water and run it under normal water immediately.
    4.  Drain the water and drizzle a bit of oil to prevent it from sticking to each other. Keep the macaroni aside.

FOR MASALA:

    1. In a pan, heat oil.
    2. Add onion,ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Saute well.
    3. Now add all the veggies.
    4. Once cooked. Add salt,garam masala, and pepper powder.
    5. Now, add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
    6. Garnish with some coriander leaves. Serve hot!

  • You can add any veggies of your choice.
