INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat - 2 cups
- Methi Leaves / fenugreek leaves - 1 cup (chopped)
- Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Garlic - 3 cloves (chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
- Water
METHOD:
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned above.
- Pour some water and knead to a smooth dough.
- Make medium-sized balls of the dough.
- Dust the dough ball with some flour and roll the dough into medium-sized Rotis.
- Now on a hot Tawa, brush oil/ghee and place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute.
- When the base is partly cooked, flip the methi paratha.
- Also, brush oil/ghee and press slightly. Flip again.
- Finally, serve methi paratha with pickle , butter, or curd.
