Methi Paratha

INGREDIENTS:

  • Wheat - 2 cups
  •  Methi Leaves / fenugreek leaves -  1 cup (chopped)
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Garlic - 3 cloves (chopped)
  • Salt -  to taste
  • Garam masala - ½ tsp
  • Water 


METHOD:

    1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned above.
    2. Pour some water and knead to a smooth dough
    3. Make medium-sized balls of the dough
    4. Dust the dough ball with some flour and roll the dough into medium-sized Rotis.
    5. Now on a hot Tawa, brush oil/ghee and place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute.
    6. When the base is partly cooked, flip the methi paratha.
    7. Also, brush oil/ghee and press slightly. Flip again.
    8. Finally, serve methi paratha with pickle , butter, or curd.
