Ripe Jackfruit Fritters | Chakkapazham Pori
INGREDIENTS:
- Jackfruit - 12-15 numbers
BATTER:
- Maida (all-purpose flour) - 1 cup
- Baking soda - a pinch
- Sugar
- Water
METHOD:
- Remove seeds from jackfruit and cut it into 2 pieces
- In a bowl, add maida, baking soda, and sugar.
- Add water and make a thick paste.
- In a pan, heat oil.
- Once the oil is hot, dip each jackfruit in the batter and fry.
- Jackfruit fritters are ready. serve hot!
TIPS:
- You can also use half cup maida and half cup atta.
- You can also use only atta, which makes it much healthier.
