INGREDIENTS:
- Oats - 3 tbsp
- Soaked almonds - 15
- Water
- Banana - 1
- Flaxseed - 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon - a small piece
- Honey
- Milk
METHOD:
- Into a pan, add oats and roast it. (you can also make and store for future use).
- Into a blender, add 15 soaked and peeled almonds with half a cup of water and blend well.
- Add banana, roasted oats, flaxseed, cinnamon, honey, milk and blend well.
- Serve it in a glass with roasted oats, flaxseed and honey toppings.
