Weight loss Oats Breakfast Smoothie




         INGREDIENTS:


  • Oats - 3 tbsp
  • Soaked almonds - 15
  • Water
  • Banana - 1
  • Flaxseed - 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon - a small piece
  • Honey
  • Milk

          METHOD:


  1. Into a pan, add oats and roast it. (you can also make and store for future use).
  2. Into a blender, add 15 soaked and peeled almonds with half a cup of water and blend well.
  3. Add banana, roasted oats, flaxseed, cinnamon, honey,  milk and blend well.
  4. Serve it in a glass with roasted oats, flaxseed and honey toppings.
