Masala Egg Bhurji / Scrambled Eggs


INGREDIENTS:


  • Egg - 2
  • Oil 
  • Mustard seeds
  • Onion -
  • Green chilly - 1
  • Tomato - ½ (chopped)
  • Capsicum - ½ cup 
  • Coriander leaves

SPICES:

  • Meat masala - 2  tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions and green chilies. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  3. Add tomato and capsicum, saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add all the spices one by one on a low flame and saute till the raw smell goes.
  5. Now add the eggs to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, Keep stirring continuously until cooked. 
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with pav, roti, bread or paratha.
