Chicken Macaroni Cake | Chicken Macaroni Pola

INGREDIENTS:

FOR COOKING CHICKEN:

  • Chicken - 200 g  
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Salt 
  • Lemon 

FOR MASALA :

  • Onion - 3
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Green chili - 2-3
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Mint leaves 

FOR MACARONI:

  • Macaroni - 1 cup
  • Water - 2-3 cup
  • Oil 
  • Salt

MIXING:

  • Egg - 3
  • Pepper powder 
  • Salt 
  • Capsicum

METHOD:

FOR COOKING MACARONI:

    1. In a deep non-stick pan, boil water. Add macaroni, few drops of oiland salt. Cook until macaroni is cooked (for about 8 minutes). 
    2. Once the macaroni is cooked, drain it from the hot water and run it under normal water immediately.
    3.  Drain the water and drizzle a bit of oil to prevent it from sticking to each other. Keep the macaroni aside.

FOR MASALA:

    1. In a cooker, put all the ingredients listed under " for cooking chicken" and Cook on a medium flame for 4-5 whistles.
    2. Mince the cooked chicken and keep aside.
    3. In a pan, heat oil.
    4. Add chopped onionsgreen chili, and curry leaves. Saute till the onions become transparent.
    5. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a  minute.
    6. Add Garam masalapepper powder and salt one by one on a low flame and saute till the raw smell goes.
    7. Add the minced chickencoriander leaves , and mint leaves. mix well.

MIXING:

    1. Beat egg along with salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Keep aside.
    2. In a bowl, add the macaroni and chicken masala. Mix well.
    3. Pour the egg mixture into it. Mix it gently.

ASSEMBLING:

    1. Heat a saucepan and add ghee.
    2. Pour the prepared mixture into it.
    3. Garnish with some capsicum.
    4. Cover it, allow it to cook in a very low flame for 10 -15 minutes.
    5. Cook till the top layer has been cooked. (With the help of a toothpick, check whether the inside is cooked or not.)
    6. Flip the other side and open and cook for again 5 minutes. 
    7. Cut it in the desired shape and Serve hot!.
