INGREDIENTS:
MARINATION:
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Salt
TO ROAST:
- Coriander seed - 1 ½ tsp
- Dry red chili - 6 numbers
- Fennel seed - ½ tsp
- Cumin seed - 1 tsp
TO GRIND:
- Tomato - ½
- Onion - ½
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Green chili - 5 numbers
- Coriander leaves
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
METHOD:
- In a large bowl, Marinate chicken using the ingredients mentioned under "marination" and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, add the ingredients mentioned under "to roast " and roast for a min.
- After it has cool down. Add this in a mixer grinder along with the ingredients mentioned under " to grind" and grind well.
- Now, in the marinated chicken apply the grounded masala and keep it for at least 6 hours in the fridge.
- In a pan, add one drop of oil and add chicken. Keep in high flame for 3 minutes, and continue frying for 15 minutes in low flame. (Don't forget to flip in between).Off the flame.
- Now, take a small piece of charcoal and heat it in a flame
- In a small steel bowl, pour oil and keep the warmed charcoal in the middle of the fried chicken, close the pan quickly.
TIPS:
- If you don't have coriander seeds, you may use coriander powder while grinding.
