In a large bowl, Marinate chicken using the ingredients mentioned under "marination" and keep aside for 30 minutes.
In a pan, add the ingredients mentioned under "to roast " and roast for a min.
After it has cool down. Add this in a mixer grinder along with the ingredients mentioned under " to grind" and grind well.
Now, in the marinated chicken apply the grounded masala and keep it for at least 6 hours in the fridge.
In a pan, add one drop of oil and add chicken. Keep in high flame for 3 minutes, and continue frying for 15 minutes in low flame. (Don't forget to flip in between).Off the flame.
Now, take a small piece of charcoal and heat it in a flame
In a small steel bowl, pour oil and keep the warmed charcoal in the middle of the fried chicken, close the pan quickly.

If you don't have coriander seeds, you may use coriander powder while grinding.
